Nature's Match™ Starter Base is specifically designed for Natural Pork Production. Nature's Match™ Starter Base is a non-medicated nutrient-dense Base Mix containing a blend of highly digestible ingredients for pigs weighing 15 to 50 lb body weight. Use the corn, soybean meal, L-Lysine and, LEANMetrics® EcoBase Premix or LEANMetrics® EcoSelect Premix.

Product Outline

• A dry meal base mix, Nature's Match™ Starter Base can be used to manufacture several transition diets designed for pigs from 15-20 lbs, 20-30 lbs, 30-40 lbs.
  
  
• Designed for natural pork production: No antibiotics, synthetic growth promoters or animal by-products including plasma protein, blood products, meat meal, and fishmeal.
  
  
• Nature's Match™ Starter Base contains specific levels of lactose and whey to minimize transition stress from milk, Surge™ Gel or Nature's Match™ Complete Prestarter.
  
  
• Includes easily digested quality protein sources (soy protein isolate, spray-dried select egg and whey) to enhance digestion and maximize growth.
  
  
• Contains yeast products and oatmeal to improve nutrient digestibility and enhance early feed intake.
  
  
• Contains yeast extract, yucca shidigera extract and high levels of zinc and copper to aid assistance of intestinal wellness and optimum gut health.
  
  
• Sweetening and flavoring ingredients are added for palatability.
  
  
• Can be used to formulate multiple Lysine Levels to match the requirements of the pig as they grow from 15 to 45 lbs.

IMPORTANT: Follow these management practices:

1. Provide a source of fresh, clean water and adequate drinking space per pig at all times.
2. Provide a draft-free pen with clean, dry sleeping area.
3. When using a self-feeder, make sure it is adjusted to minimize feed wastage. Feeders should be well managed to provide adequate feeder space, prevent moisture condensation, mold and insect development.
4. Consult your veterinarian for recommended health programs in your local area.
5. Observe withdrawal times for medication used.

CAUTION: Store in dry, well ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insectinfested feed to animals as it may cause illness or death.
